Not at all. This programme is designed to be accessible whether you're a complete fresher or have some work experience. We start with the foundations and build up to advanced practice. Many of our most successful students had zero HR background before joining.
We offer both online and offline modes. Offline classes are conducted at our Bangalore centre. Online sessions are conducted live — not recorded videos — so you get the same interactive experience from wherever you are.
The programme runs for 8 to 12 weeks depending on the batch type (weekday or weekend). Weekend batches tend to run slightly longer. The exact timeline will be confirmed when you speak with our counsellor.
