Not necessarily. This programme is designed for both beginners and those with some background. We start with foundations and build up progressively. Many of our most successful HR Recruitment students had no prior experience when they joined.
We offer both online and offline modes. Offline classes are at our Bangalore centre. Online sessions are conducted live — not recorded videos — so you get the same interactive, hands-on experience from wherever you are.
The programme runs for 8 to 12 weeks depending on batch type (weekday or weekend). Weekend batches tend to run slightly longer. The exact timeline is confirmed when you speak with our counsellor.
